We are grateful for the opportunity to provide you with an amazing conference experience and we want to ensure you that 365 EduCon and any venue we work with will be taking all necessary safety precautions including sanitization and safety protocols based on the current guidelines from local state health officials. Should the guidelines change prior to the event we will update our policies. The current guidelines include:
- Seattle & King County requires verification of full vaccination status, or a negative COVID-19 test to enter indoor entertainment and recreational establishments and events such as live music, performing arts, gyms, restaurants, bars, and convention centers. This requirement is in effect as of October 25, 2021. The order, issued by Health Officer Dr. Jeff Duchin, will be in effect for up to 6 months and reevaluated at that time, or sooner based on conditions. The full text of the order is found here: https://kingcounty.gov/depts/health/covid-19/~/media/depts/health/communicable-diseases/documents/C19/LHO-proof-of-vaccination.ashx
- Masks are required in all public, private, and operational areas of the Center.
In addition, food and beverage options have been modified to minimize exposure/risk.
365 EduCon requires all 365 EduCon staff members and speakers be fully vaccinated.
